Hi! I am Dr. Z.
I’m a board-certified Family Medicine doctor with a background in full-spectrum care, including obstetrics. For years, I had the honor of walking with families through pregnancies, births, and beyond. But after experiencing the deep gaps in postpartum care—and navigating motherhood myself—I felt called to do something different.
Now, I’m creating a new kind of medical experience: one where you are heard, respected, and treated as a whole person, not a collection of symptoms. My goal is to provide care that sees you—body, mind, and spirit—and honors every chapter of your story.

I’m working part-time across several clinics and telehealth platforms providing primary care, women’s health, hormone consultations, and more.
Modern Mosaic Health, my micropractice, will be launching in late 2026. Initial launch packages will focus on walking with women through the different stages of health -- family planning and pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and menopause.
